Organization of Latin American Students

We, as Latine people at the University of Chicago, acknowledge and recognize that cohesiveness and true power come from diversity. We endeavor to promote awareness, within and beyond the Latine community, that incorporates all facets of our culture. It is our mission to promote political, social, and cultural awareness that furthers the progression of the Latine community on both the collegiate and community levels.

We aim to accomplish this through the union of both Latines and other students interested in Latine culture. Through our collaborative effort, we can ensure the appreciation, promotion, and furthering of our diverse heritages.
