Ankara Magic

Ankara Magic is UChicago's first and only African dance group. We are a team that fosters and encourages community through dance. We teach and perform African dance choreography in Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afropop and other dance styles rooted in African dance genres, all choreographed by students. 

We perform our very own showcase as well as at multiple events throughout the school year including Black Convocation, ACSA Culture Show, OBS Culture Show, Where Fun Comes to Dance and other RSO events/collaborations.
